Last week in the sneaker verse was exciting. Nike dropped a Sushi x Air Force 1 and it did not disappoint. New Balance released two new colorways for the 993. Converse releases three new versions of the Shai 001. This week’s sneaker release guide is bringing more heat.

This week’s sneaker release guide has something for everyone. Nike is dropping a Violet Nike SB Dunk Low along with a monochrome Air Force 1. New Balance is releasing a couple of collaborations and Jordan Brand has a soft pink five coming our way. Let’s get into this week’s sneaker release guide.

October 7th

Nike SB Dunk Low Pro

Purple suede overlays
  • Colorway: Persian Violet, Off Noir, and Cinnamon

  • Retail: $120

The week starts out on the SNKRS app with a Nike SB Dunk Low. Drawing inspiration from ACG colorways with a triple color combination. On top are premium suede overlays accented by black suede on the side and toe box. Cinnamon brown hits on the laces and Swoosh.

The purple tongue tag is adorned by Nike branding in brown along with the heel. The black midsole sports cinnamon brown stitching. Underneath is a rubber cup gum outsole.

Skate shops like Premier and Drift House have already dropped these. SNKRS will have these available in men’s size on October 7th with a $120 price tag.

October 8th

Air Force 1 ’07 Mid

Flax monochrome coloring

This Air Force 1 is perfect for the autumn season. The all brown pallet is perfect for those weekend walks picking apples. The upper is constructed of premium flax colored leather from top to bottom. Pine Green accents hit on the tongue tag, strap, and heel by way of Nike branding.

This Air Force 1 would be the perfect replacement for a pair of Timberlands and still give comfort. These will be available on the SNKRS app on October 8th. They will be available in men’s sizes and retail for $140.

October 9th

Amine x New Balance ABZORB 2000

Hip hop artist Amine is back again with another New Balance collaboration. This time drawing inspiration from his town’s home town library. The green colorway down to the insoles gives a nod to his childhood.

The green mesh upper is accented by green printed overlays. On the side the N branding has a textured look outlined in reflective grey. The lacing system is of the toggle variety for speed. The tongue and heel sport Amine custom graphics. Inside the insoles feature a library card giving a nod to him spending time there.

The kick features ABZORB cushioning with SBS pods for all day comfort. The segmented sole features a stability web. Hit up New Balance online for a chance to cop on October 9th. These will be available in men’s sizes and retail for $179.99

Nike LeBron XXIII “Miami Twice”

  • Retail: $210

The name says it all for this 23rd edition of Lebron’s signature kick. Paying homage to the back to back  championships he won during his time in Miami. This shoe has south beach vibes all over.

The textured upper sports a woven finish is green. A supportive plate finished in pink offers stability for those quick cuts. The containment system keeps it locked in while on the court. On the lateral heel is a reversed beveled Swoosh and crown.

All of this sits on top of a React 3.0 midsole. Underneath is a sticky multi-directional traction pad to help you stay in the court. This South Beach inspired kick will be available at Footlocker and Hibbett via online draw. They will be available in men’s sizes and retail for $210.

October 10th

WTAPS x New Balance Abzorb 2010

Next up is another ABZORB collaboration. This time New Balance and Japanese Streetwear brand WTAPS bring a new take on the Abzorb 2010. They put their utilitarian twist on this one with the military inspired colors.

Underneath is grey mesh and synthetic leather. On top suede overlays sit finished in a muted green hue. On the side is a rubber N logo with WTVUA branding on the lateral heel. The white ABZORB midsole is accented by bright green SBA pods in the heel.

Check out New Balance online to pick up this collaboration. They will be available in men’s sizes and retail for $159.99. The release date is October 10th.

October 11th

Air Jordan 5 Retro

Soft Pink accents

Let’s wrap up the week with an Air Jordan release. This Air Jordan 5 celebrates 35 years since the debut of Jordan’s 5th signature shoe. This 35th anniversary version does not disappoint.

The upper is finished in all white leather with a shiny coat that is reflective in light. On the tongue sits a silver reflective 3M finish accented by a soft pink Jumpman. The lace locks, liner, and midsole all sport pink hues.

Landing on the lateral heel is the iconic 23 in pink. The heel dons Nike Air in the same soft pink hue. The midsole is finished in black, white, and pink with the iconic shark tooth pattern. The mainstay visible air unit is cloaked behind a black finish.

This will be available not only on the SNKRS app, but select Jordan retailers. Check out Footlocker or JD Sports for another shot. These will be available in full family sizing with men’s sizes with a $215 price tag.
