MSCHF (pronounced mischief) is an American art collective located in Brooklyn. They are known for making artwork that includes sneakers and browser plug-ins. MSCHF is most notably known for the 2019 Jesus Air Max 97 and most recently The Big Red Boot. The Super Normal 2 is a follow to the Super Normal.
At first glance, you may think it is an Air Force One, but there are some stark differences. The toe box is more rounded and chunkier than the AF1. It features tumbled leather throughout the mid, upper, and heel. The midsole sports a liquefied mint green pattern with “MSCHF” towards the back.
The Mints have pink and teal chunky laces accented with a tubular jewel. The laces are skewed to match the perforations on the toe box. Mint green continues around the laces and to the insole. One thing I like is when sneakers come with extras. MSCHF provides an additional set of laces and jewels.
The presentation of the shoe was done well with a simple black box and white lettering. The quality of the leather is good along with the liquefied look. The teal and pink complement the white enough to where it is not too much. This shoe is available on resell sites such as Goat and Stockx. Check out more images below.
