The first colorway features a striking red suede upper, exuding a sense of sophistication and style. The bold choice of red is complemented by a sail midsole, adding a touch of contrast. Red accents on the midsole complete the look. To tie it all together, sail-colored laces and a red tongue with “1700” branding add a finishing touch.
In contrast, the second colorway opts for a sail suede upper, which exudes a sense of understated elegance. Red accents on the sail midsole provide a subtle pop of color, maintaining the shoe’s visual interest. Like its counterpart, this version also features sail-colored laces and the signature red tongue with “1700” branding.
As mentioned earlier, these teasers are believed to mark Kith’s expansion into the Canadian market. The new Kith store is set to open in the high end Mink Mile.
The store will be in the Yorkville neighborhood in Toronto. There are not many details, but there may be an ice cream bar Kith Treats. It is suppose to be a 10,000 square foot two story retail space meant to attract younger shoppers.
The Kith x New Balance 1700 collaboration is already creating a buzz in the sneaker world. With Ronnie Fieg’s impeccable taste these sneakers are poised to be a hit.
