This is the first collaboration with Puma and Pokemon in this eye catching trainer sneaker. Dropping right after Christmas this shoe sat for a little while on Puma’s website, but eventually sold out. It is still available in big kids and toddler sizes. If you are looking for a pair in men’s sizes check out resell sites like GOAT and StockX.
The Pikachu rider is done in bright empire yellow on the overlay, toe and heel. The midsole pops with white and a black rugged outsole. The toe box has a light yellow that complements the bright Empire yellow. The pale yellow tongue has Puma sits against bright yellow laces and sports black Puma lettering along with Pikachu’s face. The Pikachu hang tag is removable making it a nice accessory to add to a backpack. The black insole is offset with yellow lettering to tie in with the Pikachu inspired yellow. The overall quality of this show is great along with good wearable comfort. This sneaker can be purchase via resellers and you expect to play less than retail.
