First look at the MSCHF Gobstomper ‘Graylag’. MSCHF the Brooklyn-based collective is back again with another colorway of the Gobstomper. MSCHF founded back in 2016 does not call itself a sneaker company let alone a company at all. They consider themselves to be a “brand” or “group”. In 2019 MSCHF became known for the Jesus shoe. It was an Air Max ’97 with holy water from the River Jordan in the soles. It appeared online and quickly sold out. Currently it is being sold for $3500 on resell sites such as GOAT.

Contrasting grey suede

Last year MSCHF dropped the Jimmy Fallon Gobstomper and most recently the Sour Gobstomper. Now we are getting a gray colorway. The upper is made of gray suede that matches the midsole. The toe features safety orange ridges that offer a popping hit to contrast the gray. Just like previous versions as the shoe wears layers of safety orange surface.

The MSCHF Gobstomper ‘Graylag’ is dropping May 18th on the MSCHF App or online. It will have a price $195 price tag. For more on MSCHF sneakers check out this article.
